TxAPPS is not an association for process servers alone.  With several levels of membership, we hope that anyone affiliated with the industry, who has a vested interest in the process server certification program, will find value from joining our organization.  

Attorneys, paralegals, and other legal professionals should regularly be concerned with insuring that process servers are learning not only the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, but also other laws process servers are encountered with in the field.  As an active community of process servers, we can help keep you updated with ever-changing in the rules and laws.  Also, process servers are in the courts all the time, so we know quickly when processes and procedures are changed at the local court level.  Access to our forums, news feeds, and news letters will give you a head above your colleagues and using TxAPPS members as your process servers insures you get professional servers on every case.

Our active members and provisional members are process servers who support the certification program, thus, we all want and need access to the highest level and most professional educators in the industry.  We encourage process server educators to join our cause as Partnering or Sustaining members.  The process server certification program and changes made by the JBCC surely affect you!  Our members look forward to supporting all of our Sustaining members by utilizing their products and services, and sharing our secrets to success with our fellow process servers.  From buying lots of new tires and oil changes, to insurance, if you have a product or service that can make a process server's life just a little bit easier, we're happy to include you in our membership!

Corporate Members - Dues $150 / year

Process service companies or businesses that engage in process serving in the State of Texas.  The primary company member may or may not be a JBCC Certified Process Server; but if NOT certified, must provide documentation that the primary member has been affiliated with the process service profession for at least two (2) years. The company gets a Directory Listing for the primary member; then can add individual process servers (employees or contractors) as Secondary Company Members at $50 each / year.  Each Company Member MUST be JBCC Certified Process Servers.  The Company Member receives an additional Directory Listing under the Corporate Members’ name.  Company Members receive their own log-in and password to the TxAPPS website system.  The primary company member as well as each secondary company member are eligible to hold office on the Board of Directors of TxAPPS once they have completed 2 consecutive years of membership with the Association.  Corporate Members can also designate Non-Participating Company Representatives who can participate with TxAPPS, but do not have their own log-in and passwords to the TxAPPS website system.

Individual Members - Dues $75 / year Independent contractor process servers whose membership is not under the umbrella of a Corporate Member.   Individual members must be JBCC Certified Process Servers.  The individual Member receives a Directory Listing with their Individual Name, unassociated with any specific Company.  Individual members get their own log-in and password to the TxAPPS website system.  Individual members are eligible to hold office on the Board of Directors of TxAPPS once they have completed two (2) consecutive years of membership with the Association.

Associate Members - Dues $50 / year
Associate members are those persons engaged in process serving who do not maintain a residence or office within the State of Texas.

Partnering Members - Dues $100 / year

Sustaining Members - Dues $500 / 2-years
