The Texas Association of Professional Process Servers vows to work to maintain, promote, and lobby for increased ethical standards for the process serving profession. As certified process servers, we believe in following the rules and working with the courts to make sure that every citizen of Texas is granted their right to due process. Since we're not always delivering welcomed news from the courts, it is important to present ourselves in a professional manner, and maintain an impartial position with regards to the legal matter referenced in the paperwork.
The Judicial Branch Certification Commission requires that process servers continuously educate themselves. TxAPPS wants work with process server educators to help with the process of getting all types of education approved by the JBCC. From building a strong business model to personal safety, the JBCC wants process servers to participate in education that will help them be better, safer, professional process servers.
At the Sustaining membership level, process server educators can join our efforts in supporting the Texas Process Server Certification Program. In turn, these members get special recognition on our website as both members and supporters. TxAPPS sponsors educational events where our Sustaining members get first invitation to be presenters and show off their curriculum, as well as to market their services at the event. Whether you're educating in person or through an online portal, professional process servers are interested in learning all the many ways they can obtain the C.E. they need to renew their process server certification.
