General Support
Donations made to TxAPPS as General Support can be used in any manner as needed by TxAPPS and are deposited into the TxAPPS general operating fund. As a newly organized association, TxAPPS greatly appreciates all donations, as well as suggestions by the donors of ways to use said funds.

Legislative Support
All donations made to the TxAPPS Legislative fund are specifically allocated for legislative activity, which includes lobbying. Donations made specifically for Legislative Support are non-deductible on the donor's tax returns. Please consult your tax professional for specific information regarding these types of donations.
